Lennard Anders
Associate Change Engineer (Medical Technology)
I am a systems engineer with a fondness for mechatronic systems. The most exciting tasks for me arise where mechanics, electronics and software meet.
I consider it my strength to think a system through from the requirement to commissioning and to implement only what is really needed. What appeals to me is the prospect of coordinating processes and projects across disciplines and taking on more responsibility in the future.

About me
My passion is to think of and develop mechanics, electronics and software as one system. I have worked through all three sides one after the other: software in information technology (state-certified IT assistant), mechanics and electronics in the bachelor in mechanical engineering with a specialisation in mechatronics (B.Eng.), and the interplay of all three in the master in systems engineering (M.Eng.). That is why these disciplines belong together for me.
I understand new systems best by thinking them through from requirements to commissioning. My solutions should fit the problem. Well thought out and lean, without unnecessary bulk.
Outside work, I like to build and repair. I design and print my own parts; a modified Ender-3 lives at my place. Right now I am upgrading my touring bike piece by piece. On top of that come cooking, DIY, jogging, fitness and photography. And a young whippet lives with me.
